These eye shadows from the palette are super creamy and smooth. They are extremely pigment – a little goes a long way. The eye shadows don’t have any fallout and stay on all day without smudging.
The California Dreaming palette isn’t something I would personally gravitate towards for daily wear but they’re fun to experiment and play around during my free time.
I think Matte Black will be a shade from the palette that will get the most use – and probably hit pan before any other colour. I sometimes like using a black or any dark eye shadow in replace of a pencil or liquid eyeliner to create a more softer eye makeup look, instead of a sharp liner on the eyes.
As per the other shades, they are not daunting to use – they’re just not shadows that I will slap all over my eyes. I will probably use it by lightly apply them to my lids for a hint of colour.
