I’m a fan of a lot of Benefit products, especially their they’re real! lengthening mascara but who isn’t? I couldn’t help but notice this lip product looks similar to the mascara, in terms of packaging.
The product itself is shaped like a teardrop with a lip liner shade at the tip and a lipstick shade on the bottom half.
The product is creamy, glides on easily, and leaves my lips looking lovely and feeling comfortable. It does provides a semi-matte, satin smooth finish. I also love how it creates a subtle ombre lip.
Considering the product states 8 hours of longwear, I found that the lipstick practically stayed on all day. The colour might not be as bold as it was first applied but nonetheless, the colour remains on the lip. And it’s lightweight to the point where you feel as if you’re not wearing any lip product throughout the day.
Based on a consumer panel survey of 110 women after 1 week, 91% said lips look visibly fuller and sexier and 92% said it grabs and defines the lip line.
HOW TO APPLY: Position the pointed tip along your upper lip line and glide on. Pivot to fill in your lower lip. Gently press your lips together to softly blend and add a smirk, pout or sassy snarl. Time to get loud with your lipstick!
