The Kosmea Rescue Balm has a thick balm texture. I applied it on my dry hands as well as my lips. When the balm is applied, it doesn’t immediately absorb into the skin. It feels more like a thin layer of balm on the skin but it will eventually absorb.
After a few days of use, my skin feels less drying and more moisturized. I also tried using the Rescue Balm with the Kosmea Rosehip Oil for my dry hands and the results were just as amazing.
As for my chapped lips, they felt more hydrated and smooth almost immediately after application. I also used the balm upon a cut and it soothed and healed within a day.
