I love eating a good bowl of oatmeal or a delicious oatmeal cookie but what about slathering oatmeal on the face? I’ve heard of oatmeal baths and how they soothe the skin, so an oat mask shouldn’t be far from similarity.
This Aveeno Oat Mask with Moringa Seed Extract felt amazing on the skin. The texture of the mask is thick but not heavy-feeling. It applies easily, evenly. Once applied and left on for 5-10 minutes, the mask doesn’t feel drying or goes fully dry on the skin.
When it came to rinsing the mask off, it feels like trying to rinse off a heavy amount of moisturizer. That being said, I found it best to really massage the mask off. Overall, it left my face feel smooth and hydrated without any dryness.
