Welcome to my September 2020 Empties!
I still cannot believe we are entering the last quarter of the year. Can YOU believe it? I mean, as much as I anticipate this time every year, I feel as though summer just came and left in a hurry. But I’m excited for the upcoming months as home decor goes into full effect with warm tones, the look of nature indoors and the smell of toasty spices just puts me in a mood.
In terms of empties this month, there weren’t too many products finished but I did finish one full size product, so there’s that. There were a few (mostly travel size) products that are very close to being empty so I’m hopeful there are a lot more empties to share next month.
HAIR & SKIN CARE
Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Weightless Shampoo and Conditioner
This Pantene Pro-V Sheer Volume Shampoo and Conditioner lathered and rinsed off easily and had a mild sweet floral scent. My hair was left cleansed, with a bit of volume. There wasn’t a huge WOW factor but it did was it stated – weightless volume.
L’Oreal Mythic Oil Nourishing Masque
I’m not going to lie, this hair masque is probably THE BEST at-home hair mask I’ve tried. It’s on par with the ones used at salons – I mean, it is coming from L’Oreal Professionnel. The hair masque is thick and has a deep floral note. It’s easy to apply – simply apply after shampooing, leave it in for 5 minutes and rinse. In the end, it left my hair feeling nourished, soft, light, shiny and smooth. I will most definitely be repurchasing this hair masque once the other hair masks in my stash are finished.
Vichy Aqualia Thermal Light Cream (Product Review)
I’m a huge fan of Vichy, in fact, Vichy was the brand that I had my first full skincare routine (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) back when I was a teen and still loving this brand to this day. I loved the Vichy Aqualia Thermal Light Cream, my skin had been on a dryer side and using it day and night kept my skin moisturized and hydrated while also leaving a refreshing feel.
What are your thoughts on my September 2020 empties? Have you tried any of the products featured?
