Chocolate Crinkles Dessert Recipe



Chocolate Crinkles Dessert Recipe What You'll Need: 
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour 
  • 2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar 
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder 
  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature) 
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder 
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt 
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract  
  • Confectioner Sugar 

Instructions: 

In Bowl 1, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder. Set aside 

In Bowl 2, using a stand or electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar. Then add in the vanilla and eggs, mix until the consistency is smooth and creamy 

Add dry ingredients and mix until all ingredients are combined 

Once everything is combined, cover the bowl with the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours (or overnight) 

Preheat oven to 350F/180C, line a baking sheet with parchment paper 

Using a cookie scooper, form dough into little balls and coat them in confectioner sugar, place them on the prepared baking sheet 

Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes and let them cool completely 

OPTIONAL: As soon as the crinkles are out of the oven, immediately top them with Hershey's kisses, chocolate chips or edible silver pearls
