How To Apply:

1. Apply Perspirex to dry and unbroken skin
   • It is very important that the skin is completely dry and unbroken before application.
2. Apply at night before going to bed
   • Sweat glands are less active at night. When you start, use Perspirex every night, until you have achieved the desired effect – usually within 1 week. Allow Perspirex to dry fully after application.
3. Wash off in the morning with soap and water.
   • Do not re-apply as the effect will last even after a shower. Should you wish to, you can also apply a regular scented deodorant or perfume. This will not affect the efficacy.

When it comes to sweat, I’m not a heavy sweater unless I’m doing an intense workout, so I was very intrigued by Perspirex Comfort Antiperspirant. Especially over the summer, when the days of being outside in the heat (or just being outside in general) were rare, I made my at-home workouts a little more challenging and intense to balance out what would have been a day of being on my feet, will this antiperspirant work effectively?!

Although I have heard about applying deodorant or antiperspirant before bed, as sweat glands are less active at night, I have never done so myself, so this was an added task to my bedtime routine – which wasn’t a huge deal. The antiperspirant is a water-based roll-on and it applies effortlessly. It dries up almost instantly, leaving a dry finish with no fragrances detected. When I wake up in the morning, I simply wash my underarms with soap and water. I repeated the steps every night for about 3 nights and noticed a reduce in sweating during my workouts the next few days.

As mentioned, I’m not a heavy sweater, so I believe it took a bit less time to achieve my desired effectiveness compared to someone else who will probably need to apply it nightly for about a week. But overall, Perspirex Comfort Antiperspirant is a great product if you’re someone who suffers from heavy sweating or simply wants to control their sweat.
